Josh has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer in the western Kentucky marketplace with experience in residential, commercial, farm, and personal property sales. 

His passion for real estate and entrepreneurial spirit has lead to the development of brokerages in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Florida with the intention of creating a nationally recognized brand. He places great emphasis on the development of others and enjoys sharing his depth of knowledge in the industry with those who are eager to grow. 

With a masters degree in Educational Leadership Josh has placed education at the forefront of his real estate and auction endeavors, holding the coveted CAI (Certifies Auctioneers Institute) designation from the National Auctioneers Association three year program. 

Josh is a proud member of the NAR (National Association of Realtors) KAR (Kentucky Association of Realtors), NAA (National Auctioneers Association), KAA (Kentucky Auctioneers Association), TAA (Tennessee Auctioneers Association), and FAA (Florida Auctioneers Association).

Josh enjoys spending his free time traveling, and boating on Lake Barkley with his wife Brooke.

Personal Information

David is a married father of two grown children, and grandfather of five. Hobbies include walking, tennis, and remodeling old houses. At present, David and his wife April are remodeling an 1890’s home in the Renaissance district of Cadiz KY.

Personal Information

April is happily married to her husband David. They have two grown children, and five grandchildren located in Ohio and California. Her hobbies include cooking/baking, walking, tennis, and biking. At present, April and her husband are remodeling an 1890’s home in the Renaissance district of Cadiz KY.

Jeremy Alexander was born and raised in Trigg County. As a Trigg County native, Jeremy attended Trigg County High School where he graduated with honors. After graduation, Jeremy attended Murray State University and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Finance. After college, Jeremy began a career in finance and accounting where he spent several years helping plan and manage the financial performance of multiple firms. In 2016, he married his high school sweetheart, Madison. It was through the purchase and remodel of their home that he discovered his passion for real estate. Jeremy’s entrepreneurial spirit, love for finance, and desire to help others drove him to begin investing in real estate. It was through this journey that Jeremy decided to obtain his real estate sales license. Jeremy’s desire to learn and grow is evident to his clients as he welcomes and embraces new challenges. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his family.

As a life-long resident of Trigg County she recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of small-town living and being in such close proximity to beautiful Lake Barkley and Kentucky Lake.

After earning a Marketing degree from Murray State University, Brian spent almost 20 years working in corporate sales and management. Seeking more independence in his career and the ability to better focus on taking care of his clients, Brian transitioned to a full-time real estate agent in May 2023. His proven track record of leading and growing sales are just a few of the strong assets he brings to the industry. Growing up and residing in the area has provided him with a wealth of knowledge about the Middle TN and West KY region. Years of continual networking in business have helped him develop numerous relationships.

With an innate passion for serving others, Brian has naturally excelled in the real estate field. Hello, my name is Grayson Thomas and I am extremely thankful to be a part of such a professional and experienced team here at ATLAS.  I have over a year of experience buying and selling real estate in our beautiful state of Kentucky. When I first started, I hit the ground running and never looked back. Over the past year, I have sold over 5 million dollars worth of real estate. Before I started my career here, I completed 96 hours of schooling at the Ward Elliot Institute of Real Estate, I’ve completed over 20 college hours of business/finance, while also working full-time building houses with one of the most well-respected builders in the area. I think that it’s safe to say that I am more than well-suited for the job. With that said, I feel that it is all too often that I hear the same “cookie cutter” statement come from sales associates saying that they want to find you a house that you want or want to get top dollar for the house you’re selling and blah blah blah. While I would be glad to do both, I want to do more than that. I want to show you the unique set of tools we have available and that we can leverage to help buy/sell your home in the most stress-free and efficient way possible.
